I've always believed in making things simple. Complexity can be overwhelming, but simplicity is powerful. As a trainer, my goal is to make sure my students grasp the basics easily. Once they understand the fundamentals, they can build on that knowledge. I find that the most intricate things in life are often rooted in simplicity. And for me, simplicity isn’t just about ease—it’s about understanding.

When I think about technology, I believe it should work seamlessly. At its core, technology is meant to be intuitive. If something isn’t working as expected, there's often a simple explanation: maybe I missed a step, or misunderstood a detail. As a solutionist, it’s my job to find out what's missing and fix it. I'm always looking for problems, because when I find one, I know a solution is just around the corner.

One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is that collaboration is key. I remember a time early in my career when I wanted to create a video interview with some of my favorite rappers. The catch? I didn’t have a camera. But I had a group of friends who owned one, and together we made it happen. They filmed the interview, and I handled the editing. The result? A great video that everyone loved.
